What we actually sell.

Not a car. Anyone can rent a car. What we sell is the certainty that at six-fifteen on a Tuesday morning in February, with snow on the ground and a flight to Frankfurt to catch, a professional chauffeur in a clean black sedan is outside the correct door at the correct time, and that the price you were quoted last week is the price you pay.

That sounds unremarkable until you have had it go wrong. Most of our clients came to us after it did — a driver who did not show, an app that surged to four times the estimate during a storm, a car that arrived for four passengers with room for two, a chauffeur who did not know that Billy Bishop pickups happen on the mainland side of the tunnel.

How we work.

We quote all-inclusive, and we quote it first. The fare covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and 407 ETR tolls where we use them. It does not surge for weather, traffic, holidays or conventions. Anything genuinely optional — extra stops added on the day, waiting beyond the free allowance, airport parking for a meet-and-greet — is itemised and explained before it happens, not after.

We track the flight, not the clock. Every airport booking is matched to the live flight number. Early landing, the car is already there. Three-hour delay, the pickup simply moves and nothing is charged for it.

We tell you the real journey time. Every city page on this site carries the typical time to Pearson from that place, including the ones where the honest answer is unflattering. Scarborough is not twenty minutes from the airport. Thunder Bay is a flight, not a drive. Quoting otherwise wins a booking and loses a client.

We drive unmarked cars. No livery, no logos, no roof signs. For talent, executives and anyone attending a private appointment, the car is simply a black sedan parked where it was asked to be.

We say no when the answer is no. If the vehicle you need is not available, the schedule cannot be met, or the region is one where we have no vetted operator, we say so during the enquiry — while you can still do something about it.

Where our own fleet ends.

We garage vehicles in the Greater Toronto Area and drive the province from there. Beyond Ontario, and in the far north where sending a car eight hours would be absurd, we place the local leg with a vetted operator drawn from the two networks we belong to. You keep one booking, one point of contact and one invoice. What changes is who is behind the wheel — and they are held to the standards of the same associations we are.
