How an airport booking actually works.
You give us the flight number, not just a time. From that we know the scheduled landing, the live landing, the terminal and whether you are clearing customs. The chauffeur is dispatched against the real arrival, waits inside with a name board, and texts you the moment they are in position.
Free waiting time is longer on international arrivals than on domestic ones, for the obvious reason that customs and baggage reclaim are unpredictable. The exact allowance is written on your confirmation so there is nothing to argue about at the kerb, and if a delay ever runs past it, the chauffeur calls you before a single minute is charged.
Departures run the other way: we work backwards from your check-in cut-off using the traffic expected on your date, then add margin. If that means a pickup thirty minutes earlier than you expected, we will say so and explain why.
