Terms & Conditions

I. General Terms: By submitting an online reservation, you agree to the applicable reservation terms, charges, taxes, surcharges, gratuities, and fees associated with the requested service. You confirm that you are the cardholder or are authorized by the cardholder to complete the transaction.

Once your reservation is processed, you will receive a trip confirmation via email. Until you receive a trip confirmation email, your reservation is not complete and a vehicle will not be dispatched. If changes are required, please contact 647-667-7689.

II. Cancellation / Changes Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the trip confirmation, the cancellation deadline is 30 days in advance. Certain services such as proms, holidays, and large conventions may be non-refundable once reserved.

III. Hourly Minimum Booking Requirement: Luxury sedan, executive sedan, and SUV services may require a 3-hour minimum. Executive van, stretch SUV limo, coach bus, and party bus services may require a 5-hour minimum. Airport and point-to-point transfers may vary.

IV. Other Policies / Miscellaneous: Additional fees may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking, travel time, garage time, and overtime. Airport pickups include limited complimentary wait time where flight information is provided. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle and may be subject to penalty charges. Vehicle images are for advertising purposes only, and actual dispatched vehicles may vary. The company is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or mechanical issues beyond its control.

Company reserves the right to utilize affiliated or unaffiliated operators and equipment to fulfill service requests. Vehicle capacity limits must be respected. Alcohol consumption by underage passengers is illegal. The chauffeur may terminate service without refund if laws or company rules are violated.
