Every class above lists example models. We book you a class, not a specific registration, because a car that is in the shop on your travel date helps nobody. What is guaranteed is the class: the seating, the luggage capacity, the standard of finish and the age of the vehicle. If you genuinely need one specific model — for a photograph, a film shoot or a client who will notice — tell us at the time of booking and we will confirm in writing whether we can hold it.
Ontario law requires an appropriate child restraint by weight and height. We fit them on request, so tell us the ages and weights when you book — we do not carry them in every car as standard, which is exactly why the notice matters. For reduced mobility, a full-size SUV gives an easier transfer height than a sedan and a folding chair travels in the boot. Where a passenger must remain in their chair for the journey, we arrange a properly equipped accessible vehicle through our operator network rather than improvising with the wrong car.
