Billed monthly, not per ride
One consolidated invoice with every trip line-itemised by traveller, cost centre and date. Finance stops chasing receipts.

Corporate & C-suite
Corporate ground transport is a reporting problem as much as a transport one. We solve both — a billed account with real controls, and where you need it, a dedicated chauffeur retained by the month.
Account features
One consolidated invoice with every trip line-itemised by traveller, cost centre and date. Finance stops chasing receipts.
You decide who can book, for whom, and up to what value. Requests outside those limits come to your travel desk first.
Every journey records the chauffeur, vehicle, route and timestamps — the audit trail your insurer and your health-and-safety policy ask for.
Matter numbers, project codes and client codes carry from the booking form through to the invoice line.
Unmarked vehicles, chauffeurs under signed confidentiality, and no discussion of passengers or destinations with anyone.
Large movements get a named coordinator with a direct mobile, not a call-centre queue and a ticket number.

Monthly programs
For C-suite principals, visiting talent and family offices who would rather not meet a different stranger each day. You are assigned a primary chauffeur and a named backup, both briefed on your routes, preferences, security requirements and household or office contacts.
Bay Street finance and the law firms around it, where a roadshow day has to run to a printed schedule and a missed meeting is expensive. Technology and life sciences in Markham, Mississauga and Waterloo Region, where visiting delegations arrive on one flight and need to be in four places before dinner. Manufacturing and automotive in Cambridge, Woodstock and Windsor, where plant visits and supplier audits run as full-day as-directed hire. Government, embassies and associations in Ottawa, where security-controlled drop-offs need arranging in advance rather than at the gate. Entertainment and media across Toronto, where discretion is the product.
We will not quote a journey time we do not believe, we will not put a passenger in a vehicle class we have not confirmed, and we will not raise a price after the fact because the day turned out to be busy. If a request cannot be met to standard — the wrong vehicle, an impossible schedule, a region where we have no vetted operator — we say so at the time of the enquiry, when you can still do something about it.
FAQ
Most accounts are live within a couple of business days. We need the company name, the people authorised to book, how you want trips coded, and your billing contact. If your procurement team needs insurance certificates or a vendor form completed, send it with the request and we will return it in the same cycle.
Either. Some accounts nominate a single travel desk; others let named travellers book within a spend limit and route anything above it for approval. You set the rules and we enforce them at the point of booking rather than at the invoice.
One statement, every trip on its own line with the date, traveller, route, vehicle class, chauffeur and whatever code you asked us to carry — cost centre, project, matter or client number. It is built to be dropped straight into an expense system without anyone re-keying it.
An assigned primary chauffeur and a named, briefed backup; a vehicle class of your choosing; a contracted band of hours each month at a fixed rate; and pre-planned routing for the journeys you make regularly. Every assigned chauffeur signs a discretion agreement before the first day.
Yes. Commercial insurance certificates, licensing details and completed vendor onboarding forms are available to account holders on request as part of normal procurement.
Yes. Vehicles are unmarked — no livery, logos or roof signs. Chauffeurs are under signed confidentiality and do not discuss passengers, destinations or schedules with anyone, including other clients. Where a security team is involved we take direction from them on routing and timing.
