Flight-tracked meet-and-greet at Pearson, Billy Bishop, Hamilton, Ottawa and Buffalo.

Every airport booking is tracked against the live flight. If you land early the car is already there; if you sit on the tarmac for two hours, nothing changes and nothing is charged for the delay. Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 pickups at Pearson are met inside arrivals with a name board unless you ask for a curbside call instead.

Hourly hire is the right answer whenever the itinerary is not a straight line: four meetings across the GTA, a shopping day, a viewing tour, a night that will not end where it started. The car stays with you, the chauffeur waits at each stop, and your luggage or coats stay in the vehicle between them.

For C-suite principals, visiting talent and family offices who need the same chauffeur every morning rather than a different stranger each day. You are assigned a primary chauffeur and a named backup, both briefed on your routes, preferences, security requirements and household or office contacts.

When the flight schedule does not work, or four people travelling together makes driving the cheaper and calmer option. Long-distance work is quoted flat, with the border crossing, tolls, meal stop and return leg all agreed in writing beforehand.
