Running an investor roadshow: six people, four buildings, no excuses
Roadshow days fail on the gaps between meetings, not the meetings. How a printed run-sheet and a lead chauffeur change the arithmetic.

Service · Ontario
Multi-car, multi-city days run to a printed schedule.
Investor roadshows, plant tours, diligence visits and government days where six people have to be in four places and cannot be late to any of them. We run these off a printed run-sheet with a lead chauffeur coordinating the cars and a single point of contact for your assistant.
Everything above is quoted as one all-inclusive fare before you travel, and confirmed in writing with the chauffeur’s name and the vehicle before the pickup. If anything about the plan changes on the day, the chauffeur will tell you what it costs before it happens rather than after.

FAQ
Across the Greater Toronto Area as standard, and throughout Ontario on request — Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo Region, Ottawa, Kingston, London, Windsor, Barrie, Muskoka and the north. Journeys outside the GTA are quoted flat before you commit.
As a single all-inclusive fare agreed before you travel, covering the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and 407 ETR tolls where they are used. It does not surge for weather, traffic or events. Anything genuinely optional is itemised separately and explained first.
Twenty-four hours is usually enough for a sedan, and same-day is often possible. Specialty vehicles, coaches, wedding work and anything falling on a long weekend or during a major convention should be booked several weeks out.
Yes. Approved accounts are invoiced monthly with every trip line-itemised by traveller and cost centre, so nobody has to present a card at the kerb or file an expense claim.

The most common cause of a bad moment at the Pearson kerb. Real capacities, and why four passengers is not the only number that matters.
Not a status purchase. A scheduling and discretion decision, taken by people whose diaries do not tolerate a different stranger every morning.
