A dedicated chauffeur by the month: who it is actually for
Not a status purchase. A scheduling and discretion decision, taken by people whose diaries do not tolerate a different stranger every morning.
Monthly chauffeured programmes are the least understood thing we do, largely because they get described as a luxury when the people who buy them are usually solving something much more practical.
What it is
A primary chauffeur assigned to you, a named and briefed backup for their days off, a vehicle class of your choosing, and a contracted band of hours each month at a fixed rate. Your routes, preferences and regular destinations are pre-planned rather than explained daily.
Who buys it
- C-suite principals with a fixed office pattern and an unpredictable evening calendar.
- Visiting talent and executives on a multi-week engagement in Toronto.
- Family offices coordinating school runs, appointments and airport work across several people.
- Anyone for whom the same face every morning is worth more than the marginal cost of arranging it.
Why the same chauffeur matters
Because after a fortnight they know the building, the door, the route that works at 7.40am, which entrance to use when it rains, and that you take calls between the office and the airport. None of that is transferable to a different driver each day, and re-explaining it daily is exactly the friction the programme removes.
Discretion is contractual
Every assigned chauffeur signs a discretion agreement. Vehicles are unmarked — no livery, no logos, nothing that announces anything. Passengers and destinations are not discussed with anyone, including other clients.
What it costs
A fixed monthly rate against an agreed hour band, which is more predictable than paying by the trip and generally better value above a certain volume. Details on the monthly programmes page, or start a conversation through contact.
