Sprinter, mini coach or full coach: sizing group transport
The biggest vehicle is rarely the right one. Access, luggage and how many trips it has to make matter more than seat count.

Service · Ontario
Conferences, trade shows, sports and concerts across Ontario.
From a single Sprinter to a rolling shuttle loop. We handle Metro Toronto Convention Centre load-ins, Scotiabank Arena and Rogers Centre nights, TIFF, and the venue-specific pickup rules that catch out operators who do not work them regularly.
Everything above is quoted as one all-inclusive fare before you travel, and confirmed in writing with the chauffeur’s name and the vehicle before the pickup. If anything about the plan changes on the day, the chauffeur will tell you what it costs before it happens rather than after.

FAQ
Across the Greater Toronto Area as standard, and throughout Ontario on request — Hamilton, Niagara, Waterloo Region, Ottawa, Kingston, London, Windsor, Barrie, Muskoka and the north. Journeys outside the GTA are quoted flat before you commit.
As a single all-inclusive fare agreed before you travel, covering the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and 407 ETR tolls where they are used. It does not surge for weather, traffic or events. Anything genuinely optional is itemised separately and explained first.
Twenty-four hours is usually enough for a sedan, and same-day is often possible. Specialty vehicles, coaches, wedding work and anything falling on a long weekend or during a major convention should be booked several weeks out.
Yes. Approved accounts are invoiced monthly with every trip line-itemised by traveller and cost centre, so nobody has to present a card at the kerb or file an expense claim.

Guests use a shuttle when it is obvious, frequent and clearly timed. They drive when it is none of those things.
Bags are long, tee times are fixed and the nineteenth hole is exactly why somebody should not be driving.
