Allow approximately Fly — road is 14 hours outside peak hours. That is a typical estimate, not a guarantee — we set your pickup time against the conditions expected on your actual travel date, and for early-morning flights we build in a margin rather than cutting it fine.
Thunder Bay International Airport (YQT) is the nearest airport we routinely serve from Thunder Bay. We will still quote Toronto Pearson alongside it where that is the airport your flight actually uses, so you can compare both before deciding.
No. The fare is agreed when you book and it does not surge for traffic, snow, holidays or events. If conditions look genuinely dangerous we will contact you the day before to move the time — we do not simply drive faster.
Yes. As-directed hourly hire keeps the same car and chauffeur with you for the whole engagement, with stops added or dropped as the day goes. A minimum booking applies and it is confirmed on your quote.
Yes, and for venues we have not driven before we go and look at the route in advance. Ontario wedding season runs May to October and the larger vehicles are booked months ahead, so contact us early if you need a stretch limousine or a guest coach.
